How we checked: for each country we tried the regional store address SHEIN uses (for example za.shein.com and m.shein.com/za/) and looked for that store’s Free Trial help article. For Pakistan, Jamaica, Kenya, Zambia, Nigeria and Ghana the store addresses did not resolve or returned “page not found”. That is not proof the program will never reach you, because SHEIN’s apps choose a store from your settings and coverage changes, but it means we could not confirm it.
How to check in your own app
The address rule
Wherever it runs, SHEIN says any account that is not blocked can apply, but the delivery address has to be in the same country as the store. Once a Free Trial order is generated, the size and address cannot be changed, and SHEIN states it does not re-ship parcels lost because of a wrong address. This is also why forwarding addresses abroad, which some shoppers use for regular orders, do not work for the Free Trial: the item would go to another country under someone else’s handling.
What is free, and what may cost money

- Customs and tariffsSHEIN’s rules say that if customs holds a parcel or charges a tariff, the recipient must clear it and pay.

Scams that use SHEIN’s name
- The real program has no checkout. Anyone asking for a “delivery”, “clearing” or “registration” fee is not SHEIN.
- Mobile-money and wallet scams are common: requests to send money by M-Pesa, mobile money in Zambia, e-wallets in the Philippines or wallets in Pakistan for a “free SHEIN parcel” are fraud.
- Nobody can sell, assign or guarantee a Free Trial spot; SHEIN selects participants itself.
- Never share your SHEIN password or a one-time code to “activate” a trial.
- Fake courier texts with payment links: check tracking only on the courier’s official site.

Can I use a friend’s address in another country?
The address must match the store’s country and SHEIN does not re-ship lost parcels, so this is risky and not recommended.
