Three Chances Every Week

Each Philippine account can send three Free Trial requests a week. Leftover requests vanish when the week ends, so it helps to plan your picks: one item you really want and two that are likely to have more stock.

Check Your Address Carefully

After an order is generated, the size and address stay as they are. Addresses in the Philippines have a few fields that are easy to skip in a hurry, and missing them is what usually slows a delivery down.

Writing Your Review

From the day the item is in your hands, the review is due within 10 days. Go to your orders, open the Free Trial product and tap the button to submit your report.

Good reviews answer the questions shoppers actually have: how the size compares with what you usually wear, whether the fabric is comfortable in the heat, and how the item looks in real life compared with the product photos.

Mention your height and the size you picked, describe the fabric in your own words, and add one honest point about what could be better. That balance is what SHEIN looks for in a Quality Review.

If you wore the item to work, school or a weekend lakad, say how it held up after a few hours. Real-life details like that are what other shoppers find most helpful.

Take a few extra shots and pick the clearest ones before uploading. A quick photo in front of a mirror is fine, as long as the light is good and the item fills most of the frame.

Points You Can Earn

Reviews that meet SHEIN’s requirements earn 20 points each, and the ones rated Quality Reviews earn a further 100. Points reduce the total on future purchases.

When you check out later, you can apply your saved points to reduce the total. Collecting them from several reviews is an easy way to make a future haul cheaper.
